Anime Field Blog: Mini Wheels to Race its Way to Consoles in 2018!

Over the past several years, the gaming scene has seen a drop in the kart racing genre but it seems like one company isn"t going to let it disappear. Indie company Enigma Studios is proud to bring you Mini Wheels, a kart-racing title that not only has all the perks of a kart racer but now includes a very robust story mode!

One of the missing pieces to kart racers was that, despite their very strong multiplayer influence they all lacked a strong story mode to keep players engaged. In Mini Wheels, you help a lost toy trapped in a basement of a suburban house - Pipo - find a way back into his owner"s hands.

He"ll now need to use his skills in order to challenge other foes so that peace can be restored and Pipo can return home safely. To see it all in action (Unreal 4 engine is being used), be sure to check out the announcement trailer below! Mini Wheels will launch on PC, PS4 and Xbox One in 2018.

It"s about time we get some fresh new kart racers on the market!

The last really fun kart racer I played that had somewhat of a story was Diddy Kong Racing. Man that was an awesome game!
