New Original Anime, "To be Heroine" Airs in Japan May 19th!

  • Fans of the popular anime series "I am Hero" may be excited to know that a sequel is underway, or is it really a sequel?? TO BE HEROINE is the new original anime from Haoliners that"s scheduled to release here in Japan May 19th, and will air its first episode on Tokyo MX1 from 21:00(9pm) JST. We"ve got the key visual also along with information pertaining to the voice actors who will be playing some awesome roles! TO BE HEROINE will also be the first hybrid original anime creation in history mixing Japanese and Chinese language!

Overview: What is To be Hero?


The protagonist “Ossan” is a handsome man but a pretty sloppy father. Divorced and living
together with his daughter Min-Chan, he is one day sucked by his toilet and transported into
an other world. There, he is given the power of a hero and has the task to save earth from
villains. However, as he gets a hero’s power, his body turns into one a old fat guy ! Will he be
able to save earth and defend Min-chan from villains?


What is To be Heroine?


The heroine”Futaba” is a clever high school girl. One day, she is suddenly sucked into
another world. This dark world is a world without light and the inhabitants are only children
wearing pants. Arriving there, Futaba is the only one wearing clothes and she will become
the heroine of this world where clothes are the strongest weapons!


Synopsis Ep1


Futaba Hanaya, a young girl not happy of her life falls accidentally in a parallel world.
There, she meets a child who only wear gold panties and asked her help calling her “Miss
Heroin, because he is in great danger chased by an assassin.
Futaba tried at this time to escape from this weird and dangerous world but just as she lost
her boot, it became a mysterious swordsman struggling with the assassin.
