- This morning here in Japan, Nintendo officially announced via EVO"s Smash Melee grand finals and their official Smash Bros JP Twitter account, that there will be a brand new Direct, focusing entirely on Super Smash Bros. Ultimate August 8th at 11pm JST! We haven"t seen any new information about the highly anticipated series since E3, which was two months ago, so this is going to be something of great intrigue for those eager for more details. Information will be shared by director Masahiro Sakurai himself so this is going to be a huge deal!
